Before I became a Post Breast Cancer Empowerment Coach, I too endured cancer (breast cancer) not once, but twice.
I was struggling to find my purpose. I constantly felt anxious, stressed and depressed.
I acted like my journey didn't exist, because I thought that if I shared my story with anyone, I'd somehow attract cancer back into my life.
This was NOT healthy nor a sustainable way to live for me, as I was just falling deeper into the darkness of depression.
As I looked past my fear, IÂ saw that so many women were going through the exact same thing I had gone through and I realized that I could be helping them instead of wallowing in my own despair and suddenly it all made sense!
My purpose here on earth is to serve, empower and advocate for others and by NOT sharing my story, I was unknowingly doing a disservice to the women I could be helping!
